「발두나이나역 바로 옆이라 공항 및 로마시내 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 근처 편의점, 식료품점이 있어 이용하기 편합니다. 일부 주방시설있는 큰 룸은 여럿이 이용하기에 편리합니다. 바티칸시국은 걸어서 25분 거리입니다. 동네가 조용하고 깨끗해서 상쾌합니다. 무엇보다 가격대비 숙박비가 합리적입니다. 로마외곽 숙서로서는 최상입니다. 한국어하는 직원이 너무 친절합니다. 다만 'make up room' 서비스가 안되어 불편합니다.」

「Great place in the heart of the city. Plenty of dining and sightseeing options nearby. Very walkable.」

「Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. 」

「地點絕佳，在威尼斯廣場附近，走路到大部分的景點都很方便。旅館旁是一家很不錯的餐廳。我們的四人房是一房一廳一衛浴的公寓，客廳的沙發牀不是很好睡。有一晚一直聞到菸味，想必是其他房間的人抽菸。離開時請櫃檯安排到機場的計程車很好。」

「Our favorite property on our trip to Italy. Perfect location. Staff were helpful. Was just a great home base and honestly had everything we needed in a room. Balcony was a cool touch and we could sit out and overlook the people walking by. If I had to knock something it would be the arrangement of the room. The sink was in the main room oppose to the bathroom, but if that is your biggest concern then you did OK」

「O Apt é todo novo e reformado. O lugar é excelente, perto de tudo. Stafs atenciosos, recomendo e voltaria. A única dica que daria a propriedade a título de contribuição é um manual ou card para a utilização do chuveiro, pois é bem diferente dos nossos. Mas adorei tudo.」

Awesome hotel! Highly recommended!

"IQ Hotel was awesome! Great value for money! Clean, new, and really gave extras- free water, snacks, juices daily, and even sent a bottle of wine as birthday greeting! They also have a “shower & go” service which we used since we checked out at noon but went around the city before our evening flight. The only suggestion is for the gym - to have a toilet & water dispenser. "

My first choice hotel in Rome!

"The hotel’s location is so convenient. Most of the main scene is just within walking distance, in addition to numerous bus stations and Metro station nearby. Various shops and restaurants meet our requirement. Most of all, we would like to give our appreciation to the hotel’s staff, esp. Romina, who made us feel warm while touring in Rome! I would recommend Suite Dream to my friends."
