「Very welcoming, pleasant and made staying easy because they covered the issues that most travellers to a country would like to know or experience. There were specific little touches in our room that stood out. The welcoming message and of course the delicious wine and view from our room. Also noted was their consideration for environmental issues. I don’t explore the cape fully but will Come back to Lovane again given the opportunity. Thank you. 「This countryside hotel has everything to make it a perfect holiday destination. The only thing that could be improved was the service. It was a bit messy. Another guest’s laundry bag was misplaced in our room, we reported a wasp nest on our balcony after check in, but it was still there the day we left. And the service at the dinner was not the best. 「Cottage was spacious with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and good amenities, fixtures and fittings. We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later. Next morning unable to find a suitable power outlet for hairdryers supplied - on checking out was advised compatible points beside/under beds??? Staff were personable and helpful...

「O apartamento era incrível. Tinha frigobar, microondas, cafeteira, talheres, pratos, copos.... Tínhamos um licor delicioso a disposição no quarto. A decoração do apartamento era de muito bom gosto.
