First, impolite front desk staff refuse to answer and rude. I held a T-10 transport ticket to show her and ask " Can I use this ticket for the bus?" . She replied me "We are not selling this, we are not ParkNShop". Ok fine. She doesn't even understand my question so i just repeat my question. You know what? She just head down and pretend not hearing my girlfriend and me. Seriously? Do you know what service and polite are. She never speaks to us afterwards ,not even tell us to wait a minute. There is a male staff to answer us the question. Her attitude is disgusting. Is it the way of your hotel to treat the customers?
Second,wifi issue. There is free wifi service BUT weak to nonexistent. My grilfriend phone searched for a weak signal but cannot use it. My phone cannot even search it. OMG. If you come for business or you are wifi-man, you cannot survive in this hotel.
Fourth, room issue. Refrigerator is not cold enough. Frankly speaking, i would like to say it is hot. You can't store stuffs , eg milk. Also, you cannot close the toilet door. When i try to close it, it opens by itself. I mean the lock is broken. Moreover, the room is noisy because it is near the road. I believe the window is not soundproofing.
Fifth, location issue. It is a 10-15mins walking from metro station. It is difficult for us to take the luggage from metro to hotel. Maybe better for driving. However, it is far away from the old city area.
