「Due to flight cancellations we needed an extra day in Italy, and why spend it at the airport when you can extend your stay in the mountains? 「stayed for 5 nights with my adult son for a 5 day ski trip. it iwas an ideal hotel for a boys trip. we rented a junior suite with two double beds with a glorius view of the mountain and the cig-roc lift. the main entry and ticket office to the sestriere ski resort is directly across the street from the hotel. the ski check is below the ski ticket office so that was an added plus! we drove to the hotel rather than take a complex blend of trains and buses and with car rental prices so cheap in...

「bellissima la location in un ex convento. Ricordatevi di chiedere al proprietario, gentilissimo e simpaticissimo di farvi fare un giro nella chiesa e nella sala capitolare per vedere gli affreschi del 300. Mi ricorda un po' certi parador spagnoli ambientati in questo tipo di costruzioni. Peccato che non ho potuto cenare perchè era tutto prenotato (ricordatevi di prenotare prima per la cena). 「It was such a pleasure to stay at this unique establishment. The hosts take you in welcoming the place explaining their unique way of life. The location is great, next to parking lot right in town. The sauna on a rooftop with a stargazing bubble and mountain views is spectacular. The charcuterie plate serves thick cuts of local meats and cheese, don’t miss it. 「Property is very clean and modern, room is decent size. I was worried I’ll hear the lobby party in my room - not even a bit! Plus party ends at reasonable hour, very thoughtful of guests who are tired after skiing.
