"The walls are so thin so you could easily hear other people in other room. We had a big issue for one night as our neighbor turn on TV early morning 5AM and it disrupted our sleep! If you travel for skiing they do not offer any shuttle and you have to take public transportation which is free but takes so long!"

From the front desk to housekeeping, and especially the ski valet, everyone was warm, helpful, and attentive. The ski valet service was incredibly convenient and made getting to the slopes so much easier, especially with the direct access to the gondola right from the property. Our room was clean, comfortable, and packed with amenities, providing everything we needed to relax after a day on the mountain. It’s clear that the staff at this property take great pride in creating a welcoming and seamless guest experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Beaver Creek — we’ll definitely be coming back!"
