"Excellent living space, shared lounge area, shared Sauna and pool areas. Wonderful external surroundings, cross country ski lanes. Jonni and Anna very helpful. Only negative was cleanliness /food left in room kitchette shelving, storage etc and generally need updating. Will be back😎"

"It was a cute and clean apartment. We were a group of 4 and the room is good for 6. The space is just right us as we have big luggages. It's located on the 2nd floor. The price that we got already includes breakfast so it was a good deal. We had a bit of a challenge finding the accommodation as the key didn't work the first time but thankfully we were assisted by the tour operator we went with on the night we checked in. The restaurant is a bit far which is also the location of where to pick up...

"Check in closes at 10.00.p.m. at a major tourist area. The plane with tourists from the capital, Helsinki, does not arrive at the closest airfield until 10.30.p.m. They need to consider this. The afterhours lockbox is situated outside. It was minus 25 Celsius and dark when we arrived. The lockboxes inside need two fingers for the metal buttons on either side. I still have peeling finger skin two weeks later from having to touch them. The lockbox should be situated in an inside lobby - very poor....

"The actual room was really clean and comfy and about exactly what you would expect. The only real downside was that the way they handle reception can be quite confusing and I assume it is especially for non natives."

"The cabin/apartment was ok for two but for three/ four the lounge bed was very uncomfortable and kept collapsing. There were no basics like salt , pepper oil , but on the whole it was clean warm and convenient with a 10 min walk to centre. "

"Nice staff, pleasant breakfast, and seeing the aurora borealis while lying in bed is an incredible experience. But it still can't quite justify the price. Quite a few short black hairs on the pillow (neither my wife, nor I have black hair) and if you don't get an igloo at the edge of the property, the light pollution is probably too bad to see much. A shame that a hotel that advertises seeing the northern lights doesn't at least dim the outdoor lights after 10pm (or put them on a movement...

"The Aurora pyramids was an amazing stay! It included free breakfast and dinner, free access to the Elves village, a sledding hill and reindeer farm (rides available as well). The area around it is very beautiful. Secluded and relaxing and short drive to Levi. Had lots of different areas for viewing the northern lights! Also we were able to see the northern lights from the glass pyramid! (Although you should go outside and look for them as you don’t know which direction they are) "
