This is without question the loudest and least restful stay I've had anywhere. The walls are paper thin, so your peace and quiet and sleep is apparently complete luck of the draw whether you get quiet neighbors. And what neighbors we had! The first two nights the neighbors had the TV going literally all night. Hearing endless commercials and music next door at 2, 3, and 4 in the morning was exhausting. The staff were accommodating and offered another room if they extended their stay, which they did not. Night 3, the new guest arrived loudly at 4am and commenced to fight (verbally), crank their music, and then party. Staff offered the same accommodation, but these a-holes left that day. Night 4? All good, until at midnight the police are knocking on the door of the same room, loudly announcing themselves. I won't bore you with the details of the ensuing conversation, but suffice it to say that the toilet-paper-thin walls had us privvy to the details. It quieted down until 6am when mom(?) showed up and the abusive fighting began. This was a truly unbelievably bad hotel experience. The included breakfast was bad as well (fake eggs?) and watery coffee. I ended up asking for waffles, and I hate waffles.
The staff were friendly and helpful, but I would expect a much higher standard of quality facility from a Best Western Sure Stay. We will absolutely never stay there again.
