「Beautiful hotel! Great service! The room is very spacious with modern updates. Nice views from the balcony. The food is delicious and nicely presentable and plated well. 「Courteous front desk. Clean room.
Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door.
Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia.
Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries!

However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel.」

「We never stayed because they did not honor our reservation through Expedia. They claimed that thethey do not do business with Expedia and could not access our booking. We were very disappointed that a company like Expedia will accept booking for a hotel that has no business with it. We ended up finding accommodation at a different hotel. 」
