「very old hotel without any maintenance」

「Staying at Limewood was good but things could be improved. Firstly, all those doing a booking should know that the complimentary breakfast is only for one if you are a couple and it cannot be served outside the restaurant for fear of fair usage of the limited items breakfast makeshift buffet style service. We were not informed of the terms and conditions of this breakfast service until a lot of errors were made and mood of staying another 8 nights turned sour. Secondly, the gym is in tatters as...

「Good location and general condition of the facility is ok. However, the attitude of management and staff is deplorable, especially towards hotel reservations on Expedia. They show disdain towards Expedia reservations and when there’s a problem or issue to clarify or resolve they hesitate or bluntly refuse to contact Expedia and visit the consequences on the guest. Expedia needs to clarify and agree their modus operandi with this hotel.」

「The hotel is at a very good location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. But the AC in the room I stayed didn't work as well as the Wi-Fi. The room I reserved online was sold out before I arrived in spite calling the hotel that I was coming. I was given the only available room which was at a higher rate. 」

「Courteous front desk. Clean room. Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door. Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia. Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries! Will...

「Only issue is getting to the pace」

「Seriously stay away from this place!sorry but when you book a hotel with continental breakfast included and they say its not and argue with you then they actually charge you more for the room it is disgusting. Everything was so bad! 」
