「Reserved twin room which is spacious . There is no daily cleaning. would be better if the hotel provided simple vacuum cleaning service especially in toilet . There is also not enough USB charging spots in the room, and sometimes the chargers don’t work. our phones ended up not charging for the whole night. Overall experience is okay at this price and location . 」

「A bit far away from Tokyo or Shinjuku (at least 35 mins by JR), but overall experience was good. Just few minutes walk from Urawa station, PARCO amd Isetan department stores are next to the station, very convenient for shopping and dining. Room size is enough for a single traveller, clean and quiet. The bath towels are soft and clean, really good. Hotel breakfast in buffet type, with various Japanese dishes.
