「I was forced to pay again at the time of check in by the receptionist, even if I paid the charges online. I paid twice for the same service. Absolutely bitter & terrible experience. Will never ever book any hotels through Expedia. Better improve yourself. 」

「Hotel was under remodeling which was naturally not advertised during booking, so there was a general look and feel of dust everywhere. There was a general feel of uncleanliness in the family rooms I paid for. The bathroom has an unpleasant smell. The bedsheet was not clean when we walked in but they replaced it right away. The restaurant food was just average, not recommended even for coffee (they offer Nescafé which is a pity considering Kumbakonum degree coffee is amazing). Better to go to...
