「Lovely hotel, although a little pricier than others around. I could have done with a balcony and/ or a lake view for the price. Room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, restaurant was lovely with a rooftop terrace overlooking the lake. I had to stay 2 nights instead of the 3 that I booked due to the large distance I had to travel. The hotel wouldn’t refund the third night which I thought was quite inflexible.」

「Very pleasant stay at Jaiwana Haveli, all staff are helpful. Recommendations of local and nearby tours are excellent. Rooftop restaurant is relaxing and very good spot for sunset. The transportation arranged by the hotel is very nice and you are safe in their hands~ Joined also the cycling tour recommended and was amazed by the experience.」

「Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it.」

「Ottimo Hotel, abbiamo pernottato per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene, la prima notte ci avevano dato una stanza un poco piccola per essere una deluxe ma la mattina dopo abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla e quella assegnataci era davvero bella e comoda. Buona la colazione e anche il ristorante, in ottima posizione per visitare i principali monumenti di Udaipur. Abbiamo conosciuto il padrone dell'hotel che è una persona cordiale che ci ha fatto sentire sempre a nostro agio. Consigliatissimo」

「The hotel is kinda hidden; but the staff were really friendly. They didn’t really give clear instructions as to where our driver could park until I asked a gentleman at the front desk for the exact address. We also had difficulties at checkout. Due to a family emergency we needed to leave early. We wanted a receipt to show to Expedia to prove we left early. We were unable to get a receipt and were told that the lady in the front could not even find our booking. 」

「This hotel had Great Lake views, very peaceful and serene. It was slightly off the main drag so quieter street and not immediately in the fray upon leaving hotel. Staff was always polite, helpful, friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. Highly recommend!」

「This is a hidden gem in a quaint location in the Old town of Udaipur. The manager Jassu was extremely friendly and helpful, arranging airport transfers, suggesting places to visit and eat, etc. The location is excellent, being close to the City Palace, Jagdish temple and Pichola lake. The views from the rooms are fantastic, especially if you book the Maharaja suite with its own large terrace. The amenities are modern, clean and well maintained, and we would happily return here.」
