「位子极佳！」

「Please note they take a break everyday from 3:00pm - 6:30pm. We arrived at 1:30pm to check in, and was told that the room will only be available at 2:00pm. We then decided to leave our luggages, take a walk and come back in the evening. To be sure, we double checked with the receptionist if we can pick up the key in the evening - and she said yes! We returned at 6:00pm and realized there was no one at the reception. We stood and waited outside until another staff arrived at around 6:40pm. It...

「perfect location, but not easy to find by car driving. everything is wonderful except for first 20 minutes searching the exact location for the hotel entrance.」

「The location is really good, which is 18 min from Firenze S.M.N Station by walk and close to most tourist attractions. You can go everywhere just by walk. It's also surrounded by many good cafes, bars, restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anyway, it's really nice stay in Florence!」

「Nice location from the station by only a few min walk. Friendly staff and nice breakfast served. Spacious room but with few stairs to walk along the corridor. 」

「The location is good and some staff were friendly, but I would like to say it’s an inn than a hotel, we were arranged at a weird room next to staff office and above breakfast kitchen, always noisy and one more point the room was only had a small skylight window and the cleaning status is pretty bad. Overall not recommended and definitely not worth a go.」
