「Very nice room and hotel was very clean. Staff sent texts asking if we were enjoying our stay and asking us if we needed anything, which was nice. Only issue was that we were ignored at the front desk when we first arrived by one front desk personnel. another staff person recognized it and quickly took care of us.」

Location is excellent, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. Pool was relaxing to use before bed. We did not get daily maid service, not sure if that is policy or not, but we really didn’t need it. I would stay here again.」

「Some areas in the room -behind night stand where the plug is, dirty and dusty. Not sure why so many fans going in hallways. The phone in the room was dirty, needs to be thoroughly cleaned, removed or replaced. 」

「Great location in TC. Older hotel with nice furnishings. But our particular room was squeezed in a corner of the hallway, and it was cramped inside. Also, there is only room service every third day, so you have to reuse the cheap towels that they give you. We were in a double queen room but only had 2 towels. There were only two of us, but we needed more towels because these were thin. Also, no sheer curtains for privacy. Only blackout part or nothing.」

「What a nice place! We’ve stayed here twice now once in the fall- Sept and once in early June. Both times were great. The staff if very nice and helpful with whatever you need. The rooms are clean and have a comfortable bed with a microwave and small fridge. The showers are a little small not much room to put hair and bath products but it’s workable. It’s the VIEW!! the rooms have a spectacular view of the bay which you can see a beautiful sunset at night! We will be back! 」
