「First off, the location of this resort is probably the best on the island other than proximity to snorkeling, that is a few miles away. It is incredibly quiet at night around the resort. We returned to this resort as it is great for kids with close proximity between pool, rooms and fabulous beach. The staff is generally friendly especially the security and pool staff, though felt the front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and helpful. 「Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. 」

「This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back.」

「New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...
