「Grounds and property were stunning! Service upon arrival was five stars! Adrienne at breakfast was a gem! Service by pool bar was the only downer. Complete disconnect from the rest of the property. You almost felt like you were causing them an inconvenience to get a drink. Extremely slow and almost bothered to serve a drink. 」

「Very nice budget friendly hotel. Our room was clean and newly updated. Staff was friendly. Short 5-minute walk to Grace Bay Beach where they had umbrellas and chairs setup for POC guests. Nice, uncrowded pool and pool bar. Free breakfast every day for guests was a big plus. Convenient to access to grocery store, restaurants, bars and shops.」

「Very nice area. Not super extravagant or elegant, but clean and well kept.」

「Everything was great about this property. The only (slight) issue I’d share was the poor WiFi connection around the property. Unfortunately, work was needed to be done while vacationing and it was difficult to connect even though I was right on property. From a vacationing perspective, the property is beautiful. Very relaxing space when you go during week.」

「Breakfast options are great but the service is kind of scattered. Beach should be cleaned every night; at times we saw spoons, ice cream cups and cigarette butts near the cabanas which was not what we expected. Some of the employees go out of their way while others act like they are doing you a favor. Our room was lovely but it was in a building that had been recently updated. Very nice but overall not 5 star.」

「Lugar extremamente novo. Inaugurado há apenas 2 meses. Tudo com muito bom gosto e pessoas sempre prontas a ajudar e servir. O lugar é extraordinário mas fica longe de tudo e os táxis são muito caros e cobram por pessoa e não por distância. Optamos por alugar um barco, fazer uma boa compra de supermercado, cozinhar em 2 noites e nas outras, comer no hotel. Local ideal para descansar. Praia maravilhosa. 」

「This property is small and quiet. Best for couples or families who do not require entertainment or distractions. Serene, quaint, and clean little hotel with gorgeous ocean views. The staff is friendly and highly accommodating. Just a handful of people do all the work but do exceptionally well. Major and Crystal were two individuals who stood out during our trip serving us at the Bird Cage Bar and restaurant. We will be coming back.」

「New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. We pointed it out and housekeeper said it had been on maintenance’s radar for a while. However. Maintenance came in two days and repaired it completely. These are...
