"There was a bad smell in the room was so strong like chemical made me sick to my stomach. I. Had to sleep Slider open to air it. Toilets were not clean air condition was not adequate. Bed was not comfortable. Bed bugs in both our bed and my daughter bed we could feel them biting us. It was awful "

"Camere totalmente da rinnovare,pulizia che lascia a desoderare.....all'arrivo e alla partenza abbiamo trovato il capo receptionist maleducato e arrogante non adatto a trattare con le persone. Si rivolge ai clienti con tono di superiorita e questo sicuramente non é un bel atteggiamento per un responsabile. Le ragazze invece cordiali e cortesi e anche il direttore. Nota assolutamente positiva é la piscina."

"Fabulous room and service at this hotel which was beautifully furnished with a very comfy double bed with crisp linen and bath robes. A lovely view from the window and tea making facilities. The breakfast was delicious with a large jug of freshly squeezed orange juice and home made cake, yoghurt egg and bread and jam. The staff were very friendly.After staying in two poor hotels in Tunisia we were thrilled to be staying here."

"On ne peut rien apprécier dans ce pseudo 5*. Hôtel insalubre , literie infecte , piscine sale et non sécurisée, nuisance sonore... et j en passe . Le personnel essaye de faire de son mieux, mais les moyens manquent ....pour ce prix on peut avoir beaucoup mieux...ce qui est extraordinaire c est qu'en discutant avec d autres clients les critiques étaient les mêmes ... inacceptable pour un 5*"
