「It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not...

「One of the better places in Freetown. Staff are lovely but not the best. I cant blame them for this as conditions in Sierra Leone have been difficult for 30 years and education is not easy. The owner and manager are very nice and help as much as they can. You must have some understanding when travelling to countries that arent famous tourist resorts. Be tolerant with the staff. 」
