「If you want to get away from the busy downtown of Kiev this might be the place for you this day, however I would not recommend this hotel, outside of summer season if at all. Property is not very well taken care of. Pool is utterly disgusting. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat doesn't fit on the toilet and the toilet is too close to the wall to sit properly. Chipped mirror over the sink. Room configuration is very weird with a long unusable hall inside the door to the room, then a very small room....

「The property itself is reasonable. But reception dealing with poblems were terrible! The spa photos are great. But reality different. I had to leave spa after 20 minutes of entering and stop the massage ( not professional masseur), cold spa, dirty jacuzi, you had to look for lights in spa, waiting for the masuer and the towels to arrive! 「Property manager was nice and always available for any question I have. It was a very quiet and comfortable property with clean sheets, and the shower is wonderful. 「Nice location close to Kyiv international airport but in quiet area of big city Kyiv. Amazing look from the window to city night lights. Fridge, tea kettle and all necessary amenities like plates, cups, spoons and forks, and separate table available to have a breakfast or drink some vine with friend. Air-conditioned but it was not necessary to use in the night because we just left windows open to have fresh air.」

「Everything was ok, but there was some misinformation on check-in regarding balcony access. Also, there seems to be payment issues for foreigners (which I have not experienced elsewhere)... Other than that, all was ok. I'd say again if the need arises.」
