「Nice location - close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops as well as the harbour. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are a bit tired - there was a used bandaid stuck to the bathroom floor from previous guest (was kinda camouflaged from the tiles) and there was no complementary water bottles in the room so we had to walk 10 mins to find a 7-11 to buy water. Beds were comfortable and I liked the streaming function option on the tv. 」

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. 「This is definitely a 10/10 place. Could be one of best place I’ve ever stayed. The service was great. The staffs were all very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was clean and they provided very high quality shampoo and body wash. Lastly, I love the history of this property. Highly recommend this Warders hotel. If you are visiting Perth, you should stay here rather than Perth City centre.」
