「The price is very reasonable and the staff members are generally very helpful and nice. However, the room is really very basic.」

「The room was clean, cozy and nicely decorated. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are going to stay upstairs then you will need to haul your luggages up the stairs. I didn’t dine but I don’t think there is dining available. I only stayed for a few hours since our flight was late at night and we need a place to relax before our flight.」

「Belize is amazing with its superb customer service! I booked an overnight for my friend on her 60th day and requested Belize to decorate her room as a surprise. They nailed and my friend was in absolute joy! Thank you Belize and more power!」

「While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. We had to wait until 3pm to be able to check in. The rooms while they are okay they are not as nice as pictured. Also the passage ways are right...

「Gorgeous room with an incredible view - every little thing had been thought of! The breakfast was also delicious, the staff were really friendly, and we'd definitely stay again.」

「The staff are very accommodating and friendly :) there is a nice common area with a very good lake view... Unfortunately, the facilities are old. The room is very disappointing. The restroom is not so clean, shower and heater is malfunctioning... and the bedroom has centipede and spider, yikes! 」

「Hotel room- big and comfortable but aircon is old and a bit tricky to manage the temp Bathroom- big! But shower ran out of water for a short time. This is due to many guests taking a bath at the same time. Food- big serving but oily and coffee was bland Limited food as there is limited housekeeping. Noisy as radio is turned on loudly. Overall, room and bathroom are spacious. But i will not stay here to relax.」

「Check in day we arrived at 6:48pm called the hotel several times even before we arrived, no one picked up the calls. 2 blinking lights at the gate, small gat padlocked, no sign if there’s another gate. Went around the building but there was no other entrance. No sign of people working, no lights at all. Curtains were visible hanging like the building has been abandoned for quite sometime. 「This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

「We are there for a short visit of Pinas and attend wedding with my family members. Was not able to explore the whole area. We just sleep, bathe and stayed for a while mostly we go out. Nearby SM Bicutan is good for shopping and eatery. But the traffic is terrible 」

"Compared with last time visiting in May, more staff check-in desk and staff to help. Breakfast buffet also arranged more table and staff to clean but still less choices of food. Good that this is one of the hotel listening customers comments. Hope more improvements will come."

"Arrived earlier than standard check in time, room not available yet. Returned later and took quite some time to get my room card. Fitness center was a bit smaller than what I expected but in perfect condition. TV had a minor issue twice during my stay. Staff helped promptly. "

Very bad experience

"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament. Room: Room is very squishy, not only the floor space but also hardly any table space. Service: Staff attitude at the front desk is poor. Being busy is no excuse for being unprofessional. Location: It is 800m away from the landing of Runway Manila, which is the walkway to cross from terminal 3 of airport. It is a very difficult walk especially if you have luggage or arriving at night. You’ll need to go up and down curbs, navigate through steps, cross roads, etc. Belmont hotel is right next to the landing, and there are other hotels closer if location is what you care."
