「We paid for a De-Lux room which is the most expensive room but they gave the lowest level room & we complained, showed our reservation then they said yes we will look 👀 if we have the free De Lux room! Wireless/Internet is 💀 & not working at all, however we complained several times & they promised to do something but nothings happened 😩 In the hotel homepage they have the price of Parking 🅿️ the Car 15.€ per night but at the reception they want 24.99€ per night!!! 」

「Rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and shopping. The only downside was the construction that was happening in the area which closed the streets and made it confusing to get to the property. Also the fact there was no on site parking. However, the parking garage was only a few minute walk. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「In terms of hotel itself, perfect service and environment, also the airport shuttle is also very helpful. But the taxi in Charleroi maybe the worst I see, not metered, always overcharged, you must pay what they said, or no taxi to take. Here is no taxi app in service !!! 」

「Once you understand that this is a rustic classical hotel with an Old Farmhouse feel you can relax and enjoy the experience , a modern trendy place this is not. It does have a fridge and kettle in the room , the hot water in the bathroom takes an age to arrive but is fine once it does. As mentioned in other reviews the floorboards creak and it was nessesary to leave the wardrobe door ajar to prevent it creaking when someone passes the room . Its rustic and charming in its own way. 」
