「I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

「The common areas were clean and the pool area was spacious. Room was very nice, with a handy kitchenette and a small balcony. The bathroom had NO towel bar, though. Just one small hook on the back of the door. And the floor of the shower looked pretty worn/rough.」

「The staff was very nice. The Presidential Suite was big, clean, and the jacuzzi was awesome. The location was safe.」

「It was conveniently located for me to do all the things I needed to while in Arizona. The staff were knowledgable about the area and helpful. My room included a refrigerator, microwave and small counter stove top. It would have been helpful to have a channel guide in the room to help figure out local news, etc.」
