Terrible stay
It was a terrible experience. Although I booked two nights, we only managed to stay for one night. The room is quite compact with insufficient lighting. With the limited lighting (four dim lights), two of them were out of order. We tried to talk to the reception, however, no one can speak English. The receptionists can only speak French, not even simple English. We were also locked out the other day morning when we decided to check out and moved to a hotel nearby. We spent almost 15 minutes to let them understand that we were locked out. We tried to sort out the lighting issue - but unfortunately, we were not able to communicate. The room, especially the bedding, was also quite dirty with hairs and dirt remaining from previous customers. There was also some bad smell when we entered the room. If I visit Toulouse again, I'll definitely avoid staying in this ''Premium'' hotel.
