「When we first arrived, we asked if the hotel room (loft) that we reserved was handicap (meaning Wheelchair) accessible, they yes, it is but when we got to our room, we found out that the bathroom was yes handicap accessible but not wheelchair accessible. Went outside the room and by chance there was a worker there, told them of our situation and he made a call to someone at the front desk and explained our situation. We received a phone call from the front desk stating that they would upgrade us...

「Convenient location within 10 minutes of most attractions in the Dells. Could walk to Sneaky Pete's dinner show. Would definitely stay again 」

「Really enjoyed my stay here with the kids. They enjoyed it, love the fact they have a whole kiddy pool for the small ones. Elevator was broken 2 days out the days in which I stayed but was fixed. Housekeeping was extremely nice. Will be coming back. 」
