All in all it wasn't the worst stay I have had, but was not the most pleasant. I had to get my key reactivated each day. Every time I asked about it, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they were not sure why it kept happening. I would have liked them to work the problem and not just keep inconveniencing me. The TV did not work properly, when I asked about it, all I was told was to unplug certain cords and plug it back in (this should not be the job of the guest). Lastly, I was visiting with my wife and 2 kids. We were only given 3 towels, one of which was barely bigger than a hand towel
I understand things go wrong during a visit, I was more disappointed with the response. With each issue, all I received was a robotic "I'm sorry". I was never contacted by any member of management following any issue I had.
At this point, I will not be going back to this hotel, not because of the quality, but because of the customer service from the front desk.
