「Cannot communicate as staff only speak Turkish. They provide a abnormal room which on the roof floor with long staircase, no cabinet, all WiFi modems in the room, the bed cannot sleep, door with lock. Environment is terrible」

「A great business hotel - close to the airport, very new and clean. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The rooms are luxury and the beds are so comfy with linen that is just a cut above. Superb quality and a GREAT night's sleep. The restaurant is great. I had the Entrecote and it really was very yummy and perfectky cooked as per my request. Location is a bit remote and there is often an unfortunate small of sewage outside - not much they can do about it and it isnt inside at all. 」

「this property is unique part Of Belgian history. they have done a wonderful job, turning the once jail into a comfy and stylish hotel. Surrounding area is lovely for walking. An easy train ride into the middle of Brussels. We would stay we are in the area」

「Definitely recommended choice if you visit Gent, the bread and cakes in the breakfast are all fresh made, the bed are the best I had so far. One night we had someone banging on our door at 3am, the staff took our call and came up to check immediately and took care of it. Oh, and the self-laundry machine is very useful that you could change the language to understand what options you have.」
