Tiberias is a bit run down, a fading tourist trap, but has excellent potential.

This hotel is sneaky and dishonest, they charged us a cleaning fee that was never advertised, and they insisted it was on our reservation and it was NOT (confirmed with Orbitz). Ee had to pay if we wanted access to thier appartment! Terrrible!
