「Due to the network being down it was a little tricky to get access to the hotel through the barrier, but not their fault.」

「Lovely welcome, clean, warm comfortable room. The only problem was, I was unable to eat at the premises on Monday evening this time of year. Apparently they start serving.evening meals again on Monday evenings come March time.」

「A 1 night stay for work reasons. The pub and food are excellent with a good selection at a reasonable price. My room was comfortable but very cold due to the old leaking sash windows. All in all for the price it's ok for a 1 night stay. 」

Point of reference: if arriving after dark, park in Asda car park as close to The Prince of Wales as possible. Walk through to the pedestrianised road and hotel is 1 min walk on right. £5 for 24hr parking payable in HOTEL! 」

「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...
