「Excellent pub food and very welcoming staff.The room was quite comfortable once we got it warmed up but some attention should be given to the doors so that they open and close more easily and perhaps add some lighting on the stairs. 「We were celebrating our Ruby anniversary. The hotel was lovely and we were greeted warmly. The room was spot on and we opted for one with a sea view. The room was large with a very comfy bed. The bathroom had a very big shower which was nice. The towels were lovely and soft. The food was excellent. We had a meal in the conservatory in the evening. Breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. We would stay there again.」

「Loved our stay. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food in the pub was amazing proper pub meals all laid out well. Only down point was the shower, it was scolding hot. So unable to enjoy a needed shower after walking the coastal path. 」

「Overall another lovely stay at The Kingswood. The lounge is lovely, the quiz a bonus and staff all delightful - special shoutout to Steve who is an asset all round. 「The bed was extremely comfortable and was the best part of the room. The amenities were nice and the room was as depicted in the photos.
