"Pool and facilities were great but the room was a little disappointing. Our kids slept on the pull out couch which had no pillows or sheets, i called the front desk and was informed there were sheets in the dresser in the master bedroom. So we made the bed ourselves, not that i have an issue with making a bed but i was surprised given the price of the room that this wasn't done for us. "This property is well situated in Sunpeaks Village, in the midst of all the shops and close to the primary ski lifts, golf course and other amenities. Front desk staff were friendly but the back office person (?manager) was quite dismissive and not very willing to respond to questions or address concerns.
