「I payed to upgrade from standard room to executive room. And it says bathrobes and slippers we got one bathrobe no slippers. The room was freezing all night very disappointed for the money i payed for just one night so we could get are flight early that next morning.」

「Definitely not the standard of the Galgorm. Evening menu for valentines weekend was poor and the atmosphere in the restaurant on 13th Feb left a lot to be desired as 2 guests where having an argument for everyone to hear. I would describe the Rabbit as the Galgorm's poor relative.」

「This was place was a huge disappointment. First family room. (3 beds) was dirty, toilet had been used and not flushed…tried to flush it away and no water. Second room was adequate for one night if you are not at all bothered by cleanliness. Missing any toilet paper which the bar was able to fix…the power source was not able to handle a coal Machine and iPhone plugged in and blew a fuse. See photos…there was mold in the shower, broken and stained ceiling tiles throughout the room. Had it...

「Thank you to Andrew on reception & all the staff. The lovely ladies who served us breakfast. But our apologies to the night staff, the lovely gentleman on the door who had to let us in. It was already a hard trip for my uncles funeral. The staff made it perfect for my husband and I. We will definitely come back to stay again. We felt very looked after. 」
