「Multiple slats were missing from one bed so the mattress slumped. This was rectified when reported.
There was mould on the walls within two rooms which I was merely told happens due to the area they are located and they’d get the cleaner to sort. This never happened.
There was an overpowering smell that came from the carpet in the master bedroom which induced a headache every time I was in there. I was told they would get the carpet cleaner on it but this did not happen.

「Amazing location - we went to sleep with the sound of the sea coming in. Piano bar two floors down however, was too noisy up to midnight. English cooked breakfast disappointing but Continental breakfast options very good. Mattress not so good. Easy walk to other dining and shopping.」
「Room 1 should have a non slip bath mat,a bigger mirror in the bathroom and a grab rail in the shower. Also the many old cobwebs on the ceiling could have been brushed away. Also if dinner and lunches can be served we were dismayed that no breakfast was available and the nearest cafe was not within our walking distance.」

Found the room well maintained and clean with basic facilities. Shower was always hot when we wanted a shower tea n coffee facilities provided and a TV which we didnt use.」
