「Location of the house was great, Miltown Malbay being a nice and quiet village. Walking distance to the centre. House could be maintained more regularly and bathrooms cleaner when we arrived. Key pick up and dropp off smooth. But all in all overall experience still good. 」

「Not a Hotels.com accommodation! This is an apartment and managed by multiple individuals which led to poor communication and a not so great stay. The contact number was unanswered the entire day of our stay despite multiple calls. The apartment owner did call us back 8 hours after our initial call. We arrived within 'check-in' hours to an empty facility prior to his call back and wandered around aimlessly until he called back in which we had to go to another location to pick up the keys.
