「So thrilled to have found this little gem. Needed an overnight stay near Monmouth, we stayed on Boxing Day evening, with our dog. Beautiful room , We ate in the bar, food first class. I imagine we will pay another visit if in the area. 」

「Lots of parking, lovely dining room and food. Hot tub, swimming pool and sauna on site, which was great and a very welccome surprise. Our room was excellent, extremely warm and comfy, and with amazing views. Aa very easy walk into town for mooching round the shops and pubs etc, plus of course the castle ruins. Very happy and would happily return please. 」

「A beautiful converted train wagon nestled in the Welsh countryside. Very well put together with most amenities available. Very comfy bed - small but well sized for a intimate break together. There were just a few things we thought to mention: 1. No WiFi came as a huge surprise. Personally we (and probably most) assumed there would be wifi. We would’ve really appreciated this being explicitly stated. 2. There was practically no communication from the hosts, just an empty email with a pin on...

「Our hostess, Christine, was very welcoming. She was a wealth of knowledge of the local area, providing valuable information about parking options. Christine also provided suggestions for our evening meal, with her local being our choice for dinner. Breakfast was fresh and her poached eggs were awesome. Highly recommended. 」

「We stayed here because my husband had a hospital appointment and it was convenient. The staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The restaurant is very good and we enjoyed dining here for the 2 nights of our stay. Fortunately, we were able to get a ground floor room which made things easier for my husband. The room warm but a little datedA good hotel in a lovely position. We would definitely dtsy again. Its much better than a chain hotel 」

「Jen was an amazing host. Everything was perfection including the en-suite bedroom with refreshment and, the lovely breakfast. You eat in a beautifully decorated breakfast/living room with a scenic panorama through the windows on both sides. he B&B is in a lovely location 0.8 miles from Brecon town centre on a very accessible road. You couldn't ask for more!」
