「This was my third stay here. This was the first time I got someone at the front desk that wasn’t too friendly. Other than a little wear and tear in the shower, the room was clean and I tend to to always enjoy my stay. Whatever scent is used throughout the property smells really good.」

「Really pleased overall. My shower did have some hairs in it from the previous guest but I just washed them down. There were some signs of water damage on the ceiling over my shower but that may be old. Otherwise, my room was very clean and a great size (I had the deep tub suite). The hotel was clean and welcoming. It felt very safe. Excellent location. Friendly staff. The pool wasn’t clean but it's a little early in the year for swimming. I will stay here again.」

「Room was nice just tired. One of 2 elevators was out of order. Staff nice and breakfast good. Towels thin and stiff. Soap in dispenser only in shower area you can only reach by standing up so no soap to use in bathtub. 😳😳」

「A clean and spacious place to stay right in the heart of Jackson. I had a little initial trouble as my room had a large industrial fan in it, but I was swiftly assigned another room that was equally nice and fan-free. The included breakfast was ample and tasty, and if you're interested in the state history and Civil Rights museums, they are literally across the street.」
