「The staff is wonderful, kind, and accommodating. The breakfast is very good. The second room we got was nice and big and the bathroom had hot water. However, the first bedroom had no hot water and the second bedroom had outside dogs barking all night long. People who have pets in the neighborhood should be considerate and keep their pet dogs indoors so neighbors are able to sleep during the night.」

「This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. 「When I arrived the woman said there was no reservation for me, that they were full and that they do not have an agreement with Expedia. I could find no other place to stay that night. It’s unclear to me if this issue is with Portal Austral or Expedia. Lame! 」
