「Billederne så meget bedre ud end det var og prisen alt for høj til standarden. Værelse med udsigt til bjerg betød at man skulle stå ved et højt vindue og kigge ud til siden. Værelset var slidt og med gamle møbler og gulvtæppe. Intet tryk på det varme vand. Venligt personale, men ville ikke bo her igen.」

「We love to stay in this hotel whenever possible. The view itself is just stunning. On the strong end, besides the view, is the spa area- pleasant swimming pool, nice saunas and massages with great staff. On the weaker end the whole dining service is rather poor- breakfast choice is limited and of a lower quality, certainly not matching the place's standards. Staff in the dining area also is on a lower end of training quality. This may be also due to the fact that the same waiters and waitresses...

Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. 「Postele na izbe absolútne nevyhovujúce,matrace sa rozchádzali.Žiadali sme detskú postieľku, lenže nám bolo povedané, že už žiaľ nemajú... Tam to skončilo. Dieťa muselo spať medzi nami.... Pričom medzi matracmi sa neustále robila diera.Chýbali maličkosti ako papuče, župan, obuvák či pero s ktorým by ste mohli na papierik zaznačiť čo z minibaru ste konzumovali. 」
