I worked with Expedia and Best Western Plus to update my reservation to check-in from Friday, 9/27 to Saturday, 9/28, to which I received an updated itinerary before my stay. Upon arrival, they let me know that I was effectively charged with a 'no-show' fee despite showing them my updated my itinerary, as if it was my issue that their system didn't reflect the updated check-in date (from Friday, 9/27). It was ultimately fixed, but this was a frustrating experience. My stay otherwise was fine, but I'll sooner find another place to stay next time I'm in the Poconos.
