「Dirty rooms. Used and unwashed bedding. No towels or toiletries 」

「I am disappointed that when I reached the hotel to check in I was told I that they didn’t have my reservation and they have no rooms. I had to request and prove to them that I had reservations. I had to wait for three hours before the room was made available. Expedia's may want to check why the reservation was not available with the hotel. Staff members were helpful to accommodate but this situation should not have happened to begin with. I would like Expedia to address this so future guests...

「This was the worst Hotel I have booked in my life. The rooms were stinky and seepage was there. Extremely poor cleanliness. No room service. Dirty bedsheets and towels. Even the buckets in bathrooms were very dirty. Somehow we spend a night there but it was a nightmare.」
