"I would like to make a note of Ricky, whom after I had an awful experience at your airport, calmed me down and took me to the store for some beer. Your hotel is very convenient for a pass thru onto islands. Would definitly recommend. I don't know if you can do anything with the cab driver problem. ..."

不值得再次入住
"上次入住，清潔度完全不行，電話上面有鼻涕，廁所沒有打掃乾淨，噁心到極點，反應後，也沒有任何人處理 本來決定不會再入住，但是家人是Novotel 支持者，選擇再給一次機會 所以這次訂的是家庭兩房，一進入房間就是惡臭味，經理到達現場後，幫我們換了新房間。 換了之後，變成新房間有潮濕味，已經懶得反映了。"

"The hotel itself was really good. It's very quiet, and the room is excellent for the price you pay. However, it's a long walk into town, and the area around it is under construction, so outside the hotel itself is rather dirty. But overall, I liked it very much."
