「Had high expectations after reading the other reviews and spending almost $1K for two nights here but was disappointed overall. The beach access was nice and the highlight of our stay. Staff was a bit slow and not very helpful and food was ridiculously expensive and nothing special. There are other cheaper options nearby which are worth a look.」

「Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant at night, amazing food & good wine. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Good breakfast. Lovely big room with loads of space. Loved being able to sunbathe overlooking the sea. The staff were amazing. The highlight of the stay was seeing the wild turtles in the sea right outside. The staff took seaweed to feed them. Such an amazing experience. Already planning our next stay here. 」

「The checkin and checkout was one of the weirdest so far. There was noone around who spoke English when we arrived. I booked a standard room which turned out to be a small box without windows. I decided to upgrade to a seaview room and was presented with a room rate by a housekeeping boy that was way higher than the rate shown online. 「The property is located in a well kept garden next to a small but beautiful beach. Rooms are well kept and relaxing. The staff are fantastic and always willing to accommodate requests. Food was excellent, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfast. The menu has increased and has a great selection of Western and Asian dishes but is quite expensive.」
