"As much as I'd like to recommend staying here on your trip to bunny island, I cannot. The host did provide details for self check-in, but the property is in various states of disrepair. The AC is left off during the summer, so when we entered, it was hot and humid. The bathroom was left off as well and had accumulated mold. It smelled atrocious to the point we were pretty sure it would be a hazard to use it. I don't expect to incur any penalties, but the host also had many fee addendums...

"Staff was far and away the most helpful and friendly out of the four hotels my son and I stayed at while visiting Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. We arrived early at the hotel as we were attending an afternoon Carp baseball game and when we got back later that afternoon, the staff had kindly delivered our luggage to our room. Hotel also has onsen which was great for relaxing in the evening."

"It was a very walkable location. We didn't want to bother with figuring out which bus to take from Hiroshima station so we just walked to bHotel from there and it took around 30 minutes. The Hiroshima atomic bomb memorial park, the bombed building preserved from 1945, and Hiroshima castle are all within walking distance (albeit a 20-30 minute walk). The neighborhood behind the apartment is full of great places to eat dinner, shop, or do karaoke. Absolutely loved the location and the apartment...
