「Speedy check in,all we had asked for had been provided. Well maintained and roomy elevators. Room was spacious with all you usual comforts provided for. Large comfy bed. All exeptionally clean everywhere. Great double glazing kept any noise out. All staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast was amazing,plentiful and tasty. Easy access for lots of bus routes. 「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...
