「hotel is around 25 minutes to city centre by metro line 3. However, part of metro line 3 was under construction during my stay. I have to take replacement bus which take more time to and from the city center. I booked double room for 4 nights. only 4 tea bags were provided on first day and no refill even though I asked for it. A shopping mall with supermarket at metro station. about 30 minutes to airport by bus」

驚艷的窗景、豐盛的早餐，但是……

"這家旅館座落在絕佳的多瑙河畔，河景房窗台可以觀賞對岸國會大廈日夜美景，讓人難以忘懷。早餐豐盛、美味。以觀光旅客而言這是兩大美好享受。但是，深色昏暗的接待大廳、拘謹的接待人員，讓人入住時缺乏溫馨親切感。房間設計平庸遜色，設施老舊：金屬床架滋滋作響、枕頭棉被品質不佳、空調噪音大且溫空不穩、浴室熱水水壓不足、擋水玻璃不擋水（擋水條剝落）、地磚地毯磨損污漬，許多缺失都讓人住宿、睡眠經驗很差。這旅館先天條件極佳，但是迫切需要專業人員管理，以及設計特色與設備改善。"
