「The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Ania, in particular, went out of her way to help us book train tickets when our personal devices were having issues with the website. The breakfast offers a nice selection of food, teas, juice, & coffee. 「新的這一棟房間裝修光亮採光很好、我選擇2張單人床的感覺床很小，可能是亞洲的單人床睡慣大的了、建議還是選擇大床舒服一點、服務很好跟他們要水都會送上來房間！樓下的spa也挺不錯的有空的話可以去享受一下！游泳池是室內的不大，記得帶泳衣過來享受喔！早餐也可以接受，當然沒亞洲酒店這麼豐富這房間唯一缺點便是洗澡時水會流出地面、而地面卻沒有排水孔導致洗完澡後地面宛如淹水一樣需要用很多毛巾去擦拭吸水！水會沿著浴缸邊緣流到地面，由於地板是大理石所以擔心會滑倒！不建議老人入住」

「Très bon séjour. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Buffet petit-déjeuner qualitatif. Point négatif : la propreté et en particulier celle de la salle de bain. Pas horrible mais nettement insuffisant (douche, lavabo, toilettes). Des cheveux et différentes traces présentes dès notre arrivée sont restées jusqu'à ce que nous fassions nous mêmes le nécessaire. A noter qu'une femme de chambre officiant à notre étage passait beaucoup de temps sur son téléphone dans les parties communes.」

「We only stayed here one night as our flight was cancelled. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30pm and managed to get a meal which was good. The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean although the bathroom was small. We had breakfast the following morning which was adequate.」

「Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.」
