We travel extensively, but we have never been treated as poorly as we were at this hotel. While the central location is convenient, that’s the only positive aspect of this property. The experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout our stay, and the hotel rooms were shockingly small and windowless. Despite booking a “luxury king bed corner room,” we discovered that “corner” actually means a cramped room with no real windows—just black paper blocking where windows should have been. It felt more like a prison cell than a luxury accommodation.
The worst part, however, was the staff. The customer service was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest. When we inquired about the Wi-Fi, we were given false reassurances that the issue was temporary. They sent someone “in charge” who clearly didn’t know how to fix it, wasting our time.
This property is far from the 5-star standard it claims to uphold—I’m baffled it even carries that rating. After this experience, I’ll never stay at a Hilton property again. They showed no regard for their guests, failed to provide truthful information, and made us feel completely unwelcome.
