「If there was another hotel nearby I would have checked out and gone there instead of staying in this hell hole. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was lovely, now it is dreadful. The reception had no knowledge of our booking upon arrival. The room we had booked was not ready so we ended up in a twin not a double as booked.
