"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Des Etrangers - a small unique boutique hotel. The staff are excellent - friendly, helpful, and personable. The daily breakfast is superb. The hotel is located amongst a vibrant restaurant/bar/ shopping area and within walking distance to the local ferry and attractions. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel for a stay. Noise from other venues in the evenings can be an issue but it did not concern us. "

"The hosts were both very welcoming and made sure we were looked after. The hotel is very grand and in exceptional condition for its age. The only downfall which is not the hosts problem is that it is located at a busy truck ferry terminal port that can keep you awake during the early hours of the morning with the many trucks that sit idle outside the hotel awaiting transfer to the ferry. "

Everyone at the hotel was super nice and helped us park our car. Had a light breakfast offering - nothing fancy, but adequate. Then headed to Troy. I was very pleased with the hotel and the price. "
