「Very nice amenities but parking was awful. They lure you into a time share presentation. The room was nice, had some weird quirks. Lights came on in the middle of the night, fan would start and stop randomly. Not enough garbage cans and the toilet ran all night. We were on the 3rd floor and the upstairs neighbors had children running laps every night. I never received the receipt I asked for to find out what the charges were for」

「The place needs more circulation of air. It was cold when the air was running and would get very warm when it would turn off. All night long cold warm cold warm. It made it hard to get a good night sleep 」

「Excellent experience - facility was 10 minute walk from conference center. KLVG sends very clear instructions how to check-in and check-out. Apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities - coffee maker with coffee pods, iron, ironing board, pots/pans/dishes, even a Brita water pitcher. Facility has a nice swimming pool. Most of the residents seem to be twenty-sonethings so a very youthful vibe. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This property served our needs perfectly for our nearly weeks long stay. Very easy to commute to and from whether from the airport or traveling around Phoenix and beyond. The host was active, easy to reach, informative, and while we didn’t need to communicate any issues, I feel confident they would be responsive if issues arose. Property was very clean and comfortable. Would certainly stay here again if we are back in Phoenix in the future.」

「The price was right for the property, but it's run by a property management company that is very aloof. As soon as you book you get messages to confirm your identity. Then day of — and only day of — you receive a message (really a link) with directions of how to get into the property — apartment gate codes, lockbox codes, etc. It's VERY non-intuitive and clunky. Halfway through my stay that same link no longer worked. Good thing I screen shot the direction page, otherwise, I would have had no...

「A.N.C. is a great place, very accommodating the coffe in the lobby is a very sweet little treat too. Its close to our family and a great hike, the gym is great, parking easy, easy to get int our unit, we had breakfest on the balcony. Cheers to you A.N.C you are an excellent service and place to stay- beds were so comfy too. Thank you!」
