「When I checked in my reservation was not found even though I had an email confirmation so I had to rebook my reservation at a higher rate. When I finally did get to my room I did not have a shower curtain and I called the front desk and they brought one up. The room itself was fine. It could have been slightly cleaner. The kitchen was not stocked with anything as far as amenities, utensils, plates, cups, etc. Which I find kind of strange if they're going to have a kitchenette. The TV was fine....

「Our hotel stay was very pleasant. Property is in good condition and location is exceptionally good. A bit disappointed that the EV charger was not working. One of the reasons we booked this particular hotel is for that convenience. It turns out that the EV charger has not been working for a couple years since the state funding ran out. The hotel still lists EV charging as available. Rooms facing the freeway are just a bit noisy and the sunshine in the morning is very powerful and direct.」

「The Sonder rental unit we stayed in was a comfortable efficiency apartment in an apartment building with mostly rented residential units. Perfect for our needs for 4 days in Phoenix. 「I loved the staff, the room, and entire hotel. It is in a good location. It is tastefully decorated and spacious. The parking is a little expensive, but it is expensive everywhere. The staff was PHENOMENAL!! I needed to print something for a school assignment, and their business center printer was not available. The front desk printed everything for me. It was so nice of them! I would stay there again. 」

「The Clarendon Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The hotel has a GEM of a restaurant, The Azlin! We enjoyed a memorable dinner of flavorful food, then had a nice soak in the sizeable hot tub. The only problem we had was the toilet in our room had a wonky flusher. We resorted to removing the lid and flushing it by lifting the rubber flapper. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. 」
