「They need to update. For $200 a night I expect a clean, relatively updated room. They are not. Upon arrival - Broken elevators, stale smelly room sprayed with a ton of air freshener. 「When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke.
